The Foody App only stores data on the device itself. There is no connection to the Could. Therefore using the App on multipe devices does not work in a useful way due to lack of synchronisation.
The Foody App stores all the data only on your iPhone itself. Each of our iPhone's Backups includes all sensitive data of various apps such as Foody. So with your new iPhone all you need to do is to set it up from the Backup of your previous iPhone. This can be done either via iCloud Backup or via iTunes on your Computer.
