After an iOS update, my data is hidden even though I have purchased the unlimited version.

iPhone

Try the following solutions:

  1. In the menu under Pro-Version, select "Restore Purchase".
  2. Restart the app forcefully.
    How to do this is explained in the iPhone User Guide under Quit and reopen an app on iPhone.

Can I use the same App on my iPhone/Smartphone and iPad/Tablet?

The Foody App only stores data on the device itself. There is no connection to the Could. Therefore using the App on multipe devices does not work in a useful way due to lack of synchronisation.

How to transfer my Data to a new Phone?

iPhone

The Foody App stores all the data only on your iPhone itself. Each of our iPhone's Backups includes all sensitive data of various apps such as Foody. So with your new iPhone all you need to do is to set it up from the Backup of your previous iPhone. This can be done either via iCloud Backup or via iTunes on your Computer.

Android

The Foody App stores all the data only on your iPhone itself. It is configured to be participating in Android Auto Backup. Depending on your device / manufacturer instructions for backing up your phone and restoring it may vary.

How to delete entries (Meals, Symptoms, Miscellaneous)?

iPhone

  1. Open the selected entry's details by tapping on it.
  2. Tap on "Edit" in the upper right corner.
  3. You may need to scroll to the bottom of the screen.
  4. Tap on "Delete" in the last row of the form.
  5. Confirm the deletion.

Android

  1. Open the selected entry's details by tapping on it.
  2. Tap on the pencil icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Tap on the trash bin icon in the upper right corner.
  4. Confirm the deletion.
